Tasting Notes: There is a lightness and lift to this wine that sets it apart from many California pinots. There's a spiciness here from the whole cluster fermentation (and barrel choice) that lifts the red fruit aromas.
Fewer than 100 cases produced.
Pairs well with Carne Asada burritos. The wine's lightness argues for lighter dishes that won't over-shadow the wine, but it has the stuffing to offer a counter-point to rich grains and fatty meats as well.
